Creating a Growth Mindset

When measuring an employee’s success, remember that success is not a one-time event. Success and new opportunities to learn, grow or develop should be ongoing. How then do we continue to encourage growth? Help your employees continue to develop in their roles or their careers more broadly. Don’t hire the best and brightest only to tell them, “No” or dismiss their innovations and creativity.
